With the weather getting warmer, it is time to plan a Tibet Namtso lake group tour for 2017 holiday. Since 2008, Tibet is closed for foreigners in late Feb. to the end of March. So, April is literally the first month for foreigners to travel in Tibet. Meanwhile, the road condition of Lhasa to Namtso lake is better than winter days. Therefore, visiting Namtso lake in late April is absolutely a wise decision.
Namtso lake is one of the three holy lakes in Tibet and the second largest lake in this wonderland. It locates in the northwest of Lhasa, about 250km from Lhasa city.
